Many Sport Science students gain hands-on training at our Sport and Wellbeing Academy, where they apply classroom knowledge in practical settings while developing professional skills. Under the guidance of our Senior Exercise Practitioners, you'll deliver fitness programs that benefit local community health.

Designed with input from public health, exercise, and nutrition experts, this program ensures you gain marketable skills. Practical learning opportunities include: conducting dietary and fitness assessments (with tutor support), creating and leading nutrition workshops, implementing community fitness initiatives, and refining professional communication techniques.

A-levels – BBB, including Physical Education or a Science subject* and excluding Critical Thinking and General Studies, or
BTEC Extended Diploma** – DDM, including relevant Physical Education or Science modules, or
120 UCAS Tariff points from three A-levels or equivalent qualifications, including an A-level equivalent in Physical Education or a Science subject and excluding Critical Thinking and General Studies, and
GCSEs – English, Maths and two sciences grade C/4, and
IELTS - 6.0 with minimum of 5.5 in each component
TOEFL iBT - Overall score of 62 with at least 10 Reading, 9 Listening, 17 Speaking, 19 Writing
