Sustainability presents a critical concern for modern engineers, especially with many products being designed for limited lifespans. That's why our curriculum emphasizes sustainable design principles that enable material reuse, repurposing, and recycling - highlighted in a first-year project and expanded through a dedicated final-year module.

The program includes hands-on industry projects and guest lectures, both on-campus and during company visits, ensuring exposure to cutting-edge practices. This BEng (Hons) spans three years (or four with an optional placement year), with high-performing students receiving automatic progression to our MEng program after their second year.
