This program features specialized modules in business intelligence and marketing metrics, equipping you with data analytics proficiency and organizational data management strategies. You'll enhance your research capabilities through either a Master's dissertation or a practical consultancy project addressing real-world client challenges. Two core modules concentrate on building global management skills, covering emotional intelligence, cross-cultural collaboration, diverse team dynamics, project leadership, and strategic decision-making. The program concludes with either a Master's thesis or, for Advanced Practice students, an Applied Management Work Investigation. Emphasis is placed throughout on personal growth and career readiness.
The Advanced Practice option provides either a professional internship or group consultancy experience, bridging academic theory with workplace realities during a 15-week placement between semesters. These internships may offer compensation. Alternatively, the consultancy module involves collaborative problem-solving for actual businesses. Both pathways significantly strengthen practical business acumen and career prospects, allowing you to apply classroom knowledge to professional settings while developing valuable industry experience.
