This program is structured to enhance and expand your understanding of legal principles. It will ready you for the evaluation techniques employed in the Solicitors Qualifying Examination. Implemented by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) in September 2021, the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) serves as a two-part national test for aspiring solicitors in England and Wales. The curriculum aims to provide you with essential knowledge for completing stage one of the SQE (SQE1) through comprehensive preparation units. Additionally, it establishes a foundation to support your career aspirations and prepares you for the second phase of the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE2) following relevant work experience or additional studies. Starting September 2023, we will offer an SQE 2 course to help you prepare for this subsequent assessment.

The course delivers practical insights into legal applications while fostering a critical approach to handling diverse legal situations professionally. Participants will develop creative thinking skills and learn to analyze and apply legal regulations effectively in constructing arguments.
