This specialized curriculum emphasizes current regulations, processes, and operational methods employed by global judicial bodies and arbitration panels. Particular attention is given to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) approaches, including arbitration systems, along with the specialized procedures of ICSID. Students can additionally explore adjudication processes at institutions like the WTO. The coursework further addresses complex hybrid dispute scenarios that blend international and domestic legal elements.
