This four-year Linguistics with French program focuses on enhancing your comprehension of language mechanics, human communication, and cognitive language development.
You'll examine linguistic principles through the lens of both English and French, establishing a strong base of expertise for diverse professional opportunities.
Alongside linguistic studies, you'll develop French language proficiency, gaining distinctive insights into the language. Instruction adapts to your skill level, accommodating both intermediate and advanced learners.

Qualification Requirements
A-Level
ABB including French. Candidates with AS Level French (minimum grade B) will also be considered. We welcome candidates with an A Level in Psychology, Sociology, Maths, or other Science.
International Baccalaureate
A minimum of 32 points with grade 5 in French at higher level. Candidates who have some background in Maths and Science may be interested in the cognitive/brain science and quantitative elements of the course. Candidates who prefer Arts and Humanities subjects may be interested in the historical, sociological, and literary elements of the course.
IELTS - Applicants whose first language is not English require a minimum score of IELTS 7.0 or equivalent including 6.0 in writing, and 5.5 in all other sub-skills
TOEFL iBT - 100 overall (with a minimum of 17 in listening, 18 in reading, 20 in speaking, and 20 in Writing)
