We accept the equivalent of the below qualifications from a recognised overseas qualification

Applicants must have a good honours degree 21 or equivalent qualification in an appropriate subject that incorporates microbiology
Applicants with other qualifications and or substantial work experience in biomedical science will also be considered under the Recognition of Prior Learning RPL scheme

Applicants with a disability can enter the programme following assessment to determine if they can work safely in the laboratory The programme team have experience of adapting teaching provision to accommodate a range of disabilities and welcome applications from students with disabilities

You must have competence in English language to study with us The most commonly accepted evidence of English language ability is IELTS 6.5 with minimum 6.0 in all components

International Baccalaureate English B - Higher Level - Grade 5.
International Baccalaureate English A1 - Standard or Higher - Grade 5.
TOEFL IBT - 87 with at least 21 in listening and writing, 22 in speaking and 23 in reading.
