The department features an academic clinical practice with a fully operational clinical unit and human performance lab, providing opportunities for postgraduate supervision and clinical experience. Research students can continue clinical work while conducting their studies through the Manchester Movement Unit.
The incorporation of the human performance lab within the department facilitates patient recruitment for research studies and enables advanced measurement techniques in clinical settings.
