Our Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Zoology program takes a multidisciplinary approach to the subject. You'll explore diverse topics, delving into animal molecular biology, genetics, and physiology while understanding how these elements influence evolutionary processes and behavioral patterns, with systems biology integrating these components.
Whether your interests lie in animal evolution and behavior, movement physiology and ecology, population genetics, or tropical animal biology, your education will emphasize hands-on learning. You'll acquire extensive field, lab, and analytical techniques that are crucial for zoological research and highly beneficial for professional advancement.
While we boast state-of-the-art laboratory facilities, we recognize the irreplaceable value of fieldwork—you may participate in research projects and field courses across Europe and Africa.
The zoology program also offers an optional additional year to broaden your experience, either through international study at partner institutions or via internships with businesses, government organizations, or nonprofit groups.
