Our Bachelor of Science in Criminology (Honors) program explores the roots and consequences of criminal activity and behavior. You'll gain insight into criminological principles while focusing on specialized topics such as organized crime, youth violence, terrorism, and security. The curriculum also provides comprehensive analysis of the justice system, covering law enforcement, courts, and correctional facilities, along with exploring principles of justice and punishment.

This program equips you with robust research skills while addressing the social, political, ethical, and historical dimensions of criminology. In your second and third years, elective courses allow you to concentrate on specific areas like crime portrayal in media, victimology, counter-terrorism strategies, and issues related to gender and sexuality.

We utilize a dynamic, career-oriented educational approach. Practical learning experiences prepare you for professional roles in forensic criminology, law enforcement, and justice sectors. You'll benefit from academic and professional development through interactive workshops, seminars that encourage peer and faculty engagement, plus personalized guidance from academic mentors and senior student success coaches.
