This program immerses you in essential crime scene management techniques and explores investigative processes from both practical and psychological perspectives. Tailored for aspiring police officers, law enforcement professionals, or those pursuing careers in criminal justice, it covers policing procedures, investigative methods, and criminal law fundamentals. The Crime Scene Suite provides hands-on experience in forensic examination techniques. The curriculum includes Cognitive and Biological Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Social Psychology, and Individual Differences, equipping students with skills to safeguard vulnerable populations and manage offenders. Participants can enhance their learning through voluntary service as Special Constables. Instruction takes place at Mount Pleasant Campus within the Liverpool Centre for Advanced Policing, an innovative interdisciplinary law enforcement research hub accredited by the College of Policing for degree program delivery. Foundation Year Option For students demonstrating academic potential but lacking direct entry qualifications, the Foundation Year (level 3) serves as a pathway to the Policing, Psychology and Investigations honors degree, with successful completion leading to progression into the first year (level 4) of the main program.
GCSE Grade 4/C in English Language and Mathematics or an equivalent qualification, A Level - DDD, Minimum Number of A Levels: 2.  English Language requirements IELTS 6.0 overall with no component below 5.5, taken within two years of the course start date.
