As a BA (Hons) Creative Writing student at Liverpool John Moores University, you'll have the opportunity to learn from acclaimed visiting authors who frequently conduct readings and workshops. Recent distinguished guests have featured Ramsay Campbell, Wayne Holloway-Smith, Rebecca Goss, James Rice, Helen Mort, and Eimear McBride.
LJMU, pioneer of the UK's first dedicated Creative Writing degree program, focuses on both artistic development and professional preparation. Our faculty consists entirely of published authors, and the Creative Writing textbooks we've created are utilized globally.
