Our BSc Biomedicine (Study Abroad) program is designed for students passionate about understanding human biological processes and diseases, while also wanting to incorporate international study into their academic journey. Unlike our IBMS-accredited BSc Biomedical Science, our biomedicine programs provide greater flexibility, enabling you to customize your studies according to your specific interests in the field. The curriculum covers essential disciplines like biochemistry, cell biology, genetics, and physiology - core components of contemporary medical and health research. These subjects focus particularly on molecular structures and biological mechanisms that underpin life processes, as well as their dysfunction in disease states. During your first year, you'll establish a comprehensive foundation in biomedicine through 15 mandatory modules, such as Biomedical Science in Practice, Infection and Immunity, and Protein Biochemistry.
