This course explores every facet of the worldwide publishing sector, including its framework, operational approaches, manufacturing processes, legal considerations, content acquisition, conceptualization, product design, editorial work, promotional strategies, public relations, intellectual property, licensing, and the selling and circulation of both printed and digital materials.

Students will apply their knowledge during a 10-day internship through either a thesis or hands-on assignment, potentially resulting in professional recommendations and career prospects.

Participants will create publishable works via Kingston University Press while working alongside writers and affiliated institutions.
