This collaborative PhD program forms part of a groundbreaking transCampus initiative - the first such partnership in Europe - bringing together two prestigious institutions: King's College London and Technische Universität Dresden. Both universities excel in psychiatry, psychology, and neuroscience research, leading advancements from fundamental neuroscience to clinical applications. By merging their strengths, this program aims to drive forward shared research priorities.

Students enrolled through KCL will access the world-class research facilities at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IoPPN) while participating in a rotation program with TUD partner labs. As affiliated TUD members, they'll complete a research period at the Dresden campus, with duration determined by their supervisors.
