The one-year Neuroscience Intercalated BSc program integrates lectures, seminars, and intensive research projects to offer a comprehensive, fast-paced examination of key areas in the dynamic field of neuroscience.
Understanding brain function remains one of science's most profound mysteries, while repairing neurological disorders stands as a critical mission for humankind. Our intercalated Neuroscience BSc provides a window into how medical research tackles these issues. You'll explore the nervous system's intricate workings, including its development and associated disorders. The course features expert-led lectures and seminars from faculty at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IoPPN) and the Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine (FoLSM), complemented by guest speakers from external institutions - many of whom are pioneering figures in their specialties.

Qualification Requirements
This BSc accepts Medical, Dental and Veterinary students.
1. An academic reference from your School or University
2. A transcript of all marks achieved so far, including any mid-sessional marks from the current year, along with an average ranking for your year.
3. Written approval from your University permitting you to intercalate at King's. (Provisional permission, normally subject to you passing the current year of study, is acceptable). We reserve the right not to consider your application until we have confirmation of that permission.
4. A copy of your sponsor letter (e.g. Student Finance England or NHS Bursary Notification of Award letter) or tuition fee invoice for the current academic year.
IELTS (Academic) - 6.5 overall with a minimum of 6.0 in each skill.
TOEFL IBT - 92 overall with 23 in writing and 20 in the other skills.
