Our Construction Law and Dispute Resolution program offers a distinctive interdisciplinary approach to this legal field. Designed for both legal practitioners and seasoned construction experts, this adaptable program delivers concentrated three-day learning sessions (Thursday through Saturday) and accommodates students living beyond London. International learners can enroll either full-time or part-time. Participants will enjoy digital access to course materials alongside physical access to specialized resources in the Maughan Library. Qualification Requirements

2:1 undergraduate honours degree in a relevant subject (e.g. law, engineering, surveying), or other equivalent professional or academic qualifications. In order to meet the academic entry requirements for this programme you should have a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree with a final mark of at least 60% or above in the UK marking scheme. If you are still studying you should be achieving an average of at least 60% or above in the UK marking scheme. Construction professionals and non-practising lawyers also require at least two years' relevant work experience. Practising lawyers, require at least a completed pupillage, or one year of a training contract. Students can demonstrate their English Language Proficiency with the following tests and grades: IELTS (Academic): 7.0 overall with a minimum of 6.5 in each skill; TOEFL iBT: 100 overall with a minimum of 25 in writing and 23 in each of the other skills.
