The program also highlights Italy's manufacturing excellence, showcasing its mastery of materials and techniques, with special emphasis on the distinctive Italian hallmarks: artisanal craftsmanship, innovative design, and timeless style. A balanced blend of traditional methods and modern digital tools ensures students develop versatile competencies across all disciplines: from hand-drawn sketches to advanced software, transitioning from 2D concepts to 3D modeling, including 3D printing applications. Students analyze the feasibility of accessory production, assessing material needs through comprehensive form studies. This immersive program establishes a strong foundation in the fashion ecosystem, a framework that incorporates diverse elements of today’s rapidly evolving and competitive industry. The journey of fashion accessories—from their utilitarian origins to their current prominence as statement pieces in collections—is also explored. A culminating showcase event allows students to present their work and gain visibility through industry connections. Under the mentorship of expert faculty, the final year focuses on building a professional portfolio and a cohesive accessories collection. As part of the fashion design curriculum, this specialization (in accessories) enables students to refine their expertise, graduating with a clearly defined career identity.
