Our Aerospace Systems Engineering programs equip graduate engineers with the essential skills and expertise to become part of global aerospace engineering teams, working on cutting-edge aircraft systems. The curriculum fosters a deep comprehension of core systems engineering principles and their practical implementation within the aerospace sector.

The program facilitates comprehensive knowledge integration across mechanical, electrical, and systems engineering disciplines as applied in aerospace. Students gain hands-on experience using industry-standard tools and methodologies. Instruction is delivered by faculty with substantial industry background (subject to potential staffing changes), whose research spans aerodynamics, flight dynamics, structural analysis, crash modeling, avionics, and aviation human factors - informing both course content and capstone projects.

This theory-practice balanced curriculum emphasizes engineering mathematics, mechanical/electrical/thermodynamic design, system simulation, control systems, aerodynamics, aircraft structures, and manufacturing processes - providing graduates with robust foundational knowledge for aerospace design careers.

UCAS points 128 A Level ABB to include Mathematics and one from Physics, Chemistry, Design Technology, Biology, Further Maths, Electronics, Engineering or BTec Certificate in Engineering: Excludes General Studies. BTEC D*DD BTEC in Engineering or Aerospace Engineering or similar, to include a Distinction in the 'Further Engineering Mathematics' unit 28 or 8 Or Calculus To Solve Engineering Problems Unit 7 does not include BTecs with maintenance or technology in the title. or DM in BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate in Engineering plus Grade B from one A levels from Mathematics and Physics. IB Diploma Overall pass in IB including at least 16 points from three HL subjects one of which must be Maths with a minimum of 5 points. GCSE requirement 5 GCSEs at grade 4 / C or above to include English and Mathematics. IELTS 6.0 overall with at least 5.5 in each component area
