This program is designed to cultivate the creative, analytical, and technical abilities needed for professionals to conceive, refine, present, collaborate on, and distribute immersive artistic works.
The curriculum is organized to provide both broad exposure and focused specialization, preparing students to become adaptable graduates ready for a rapidly changing creative field, unrestricted by any single technology or methodology. Alumni will be equipped to thrive in bringing collaborative projects to life across community, industry, digital, cultural, creative, and nonprofit sectors. Key advantages include:
1. Collaboration with the university's Teaching and Learning Office, Disruptive Media Learning Lab, and Global Opportunities to produce exceptional projects and educational experiences
2. Access to engaging field excursions and professional site visits - past participants have explored the Ai Weiwei Exhibition in London, ESL Games in Leicester, Birmingham's Ikon Gallery, London's Somerset House, Oxford's Ashmolean and Pitt Rivers Museums, and Bradford's National Media Museum
