This program caters to students passionate about the dynamic realm of fashion media, aiming to develop them into creative, knowledgeable, and ethical writers, communicators, and promoters who will shape the industry's future. The curriculum helps students examine how fashion is creatively presented, marketed, and portrayed across various media, covering subjects like photography, fashion illustration, branding, trend analysis, styling, PR, fashion films, runway production, set design, and innovative digital platforms.
The first year is shared with both BA (Hons) Fashion and BA (Hons) International Fashion Business, allowing collaboration with peers in related disciplines. This provides aspiring communicators direct exposure to fashion design in progress. Every course component connects to contemporary professional and critical practices in fashion. The interdisciplinary approach mirrors the real-world fashion industry environment.
