- Applicants for the MSc in Real Estate Investment will be required to have a basic knowledge of quantitative methods.
- IELTS Academic - require an overall score of 7.0 with a minimum of 6.5 in Writing and no less than 6.0 in any other section. TOEFL iBT - require an overall score of 100 with a minimum of 25 in Writing and no less than 23 in any other section.
