The Healthcare Sciences School's research initiative is designed to provide students with the chance to conduct innovative, self-directed studies in healthcare fields. Our program offers the framework for pursuing groundbreaking, autonomous research in healthcare sciences. We welcome applications from individuals eager to explore research topics aligned with the School's current Research Themes. The three primary themes—Enhancing Well-being in Health and Illness, Improving Service Delivery and Organization, and Advancing Health through Activity, Lifestyles, and Technology—each encompass various research domains. Applicants should focus their proposals on one of these specialized areas. Available research concentrations include: Adult Nursing, Pediatric Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing, Operating Department Practice, Radiography, Radiotherapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Midwifery, and Health Psychology.
