Located within the School of History, Archaeology and Religion, you'll become part of a dynamic academic and research environment known for educating future scholars. Working under expert supervision, our postgraduate students enjoy stimulating chances to discuss and share perspectives, both through our globally-linked Research Centres and various seminar programs. Our cross-disciplinary initiatives consistently push research forward, with backing from collaborators including the Arts and Humanities Research Council and the Wellcome Trust. While we provide comprehensive expertise, these fields stand out as particular strengths: Investigation of ancient techniques, material examination, structural analysis and deterioration, conservation science and restoration methods, Museum Collection Management, Archaeological Preservation and Archaeological Science.
