The BA (Hons) Fashion Buying and Brand Management program at Cardiff Met prepares students for careers in fashion buying, trend analysis, merchandising, and brand leadership. This innovative degree blends Cardiff School of Management's business expertise with creative fashion education components.
Developed in collaboration with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), the curriculum meets current industry standards. The program holds CIM Accredited Degree status, allowing students to potentially bypass requirements for both the CIM Certificate and Diploma in Professional Marketing.

This program cultivates creative and strategic thinking through key subjects including market analysis, trend prediction, product design, sourcing strategies, financial management, client relations, brand building, and supply chain operations. Students explore brand management across market segments - from budget fashion to sustainable labels and premium luxury brands - while learning to establish brands in the international fashion arena.
