At Brunel, you'll combine academic knowledge with hands-on experience. You'll develop skills to assess patients' physical, mental, and environmental needs throughout their recovery journey - from immediate care to community-based rehabilitation. We foster innovative thinking, challenging you to devise creative solutions to patients' challenges. For example, you might assist an amputee with wheelchair mobility or recommend kitchen modifications. The program values incorporating your personal talents - whether artistic, musical, or other skills - into therapeutic approaches. You'll learn to utilize research and clinical evidence to deepen your understanding of patient conditions, eventually developing the expertise to conduct your own studies. If you're enthusiastic, solution-oriented, and seeking a meaningful career that transforms lives, this program is ideal for you.
