At the heart of your Global Challenges program, you'll examine critical global issues including climate change, sustainable development, migration, terrorism, and economic disparities, analyzing their worldwide impact. The Social Cohesion track additionally focuses on improving societal welfare, investigating economic struggles, joblessness, security threats, and large-scale population movements to understand and combat social disparities. Your first year introduces foundational concepts like economic systems, wealth gaps, fairness in society, and community structures while developing analytical skills regarding power dynamics in inequality. The second year emphasizes societal unity and wellness in relation to refugee crises and digital culture/security issues. Your final year examines societal tensions through the lens of armed conflicts, aggression, and rights abuses. The program cultivates teamwork abilities through collaborative projects, discussions, presentations, and group proposals, culminating in a third-year practical project with an external organization. You can pursue an internship after year one or take a professional placement between years two and three to gain practical experience and career advantages.
