OverviewOur Master of Music (MMus) program is designed to equip you with the expertise, abilities, and self-assurance needed to thrive in your selected musical career path, offering you an advantage in overcoming the obstacles of professional musicianship.This program caters to both recent graduates and experienced students meeting the qualifications, with comprehensive support to prepare you for a successful musical career upon graduating from Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.A unique aspect of our postgraduate offerings is the flexibility to tailor your studies to align with your career goals, both in your Principal Study and supplementary coursework. Every MMus and PgDip pathway features an essential Career Development module to help you strategize your professional future, along with diverse Professional Development electives to support your individual aspirations. UK students should normally hold an honours degree, ideally but not necessarily in Music. Non-UK students should hold a Bachelor's degree or a similar degree-equivalent diploma, ideally but not necessarily in Music. IELTS 6.0 overall with no less than 5.5 in each band, or equivalent. TOEFL iBT: 80 overall.
