We'll provide comprehensive training to teach various grade levels, from introducing students to atomic structures and chemical compounds to exploring thermodynamics and inorganic chemistry. You'll also master conducting captivating chemical experiments with safety as a priority.

Throughout the program, you'll enhance your adaptability to the dynamic classroom setting. Upon completion, you'll be equipped to continually expand your expertise, knowledge, and teaching abilities throughout your professional journey.
Our structured curriculum combines taught modules, assessments, and School Based Training, all designed around your Progress Journal that tracks your development against our ITE Core Curriculum. This rigorous program aligns with the ITT Core Content Framework (DfE, 2019) and the Teachers' Standards - the national competency benchmarks all educators must maintain during their careers.

Building Career-Ready Skills
We foster a supportive learning community that cultivates professional growth and confidence, further strengthened by our outstanding partnerships with schools.

PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE
School placements constitute two-thirds of your training, offering diverse opportunities across various educational settings.
You'll complete teaching placements in at least two different schools, with additional visits to primary schools or post-16 institutions when relevant. These experiences provide valuable insights into real-world teaching practices and broaden your professional exposure.
Throughout your placements, you'll receive guidance from subject specialists and professional mentors who will support your development and provide constructive feedback.
