Our Marketing program (including Foundation Year) is a four-year undergraduate course that begins with an introductory year, culminating in the same qualification as our standard three-year honors degree. This pathway is tailored for students seeking higher education who might not meet standard entry criteria or possess conventional qualifications.
The Foundation Year (Year 0) provides opportunities to enhance your confidence, abilities, and knowledge base – thoroughly preparing you to advance to Year 1 of the degree program.
Pursuing a Marketing degree equips you with essential strategic and operational marketing competencies, along with insights into the external marketing landscape. Key focus areas include developing marketing strategies, overseeing marketing operations in relation to other business functions, advertising and brand management, customer relationship management, IT applications, and digital marketing.
The external marketing context covers consumer behavior and psychology, marketing communications, public relations, and market analysis. The curriculum also incorporates broader business and management topics, fostering understanding of organizational structures, management practices, and evolving business environments.
