We honor this legacy while advancing our internationally recognized expertise to conduct impactful, cross-disciplinary research that fosters innovation and champions principled, diverse leadership. This collective effort is coordinated through our Work and Organisation Research Group, which includes all WON faculty members. Current investigations examine the concept of open organizations - encouraging highly cooperative work settings to achieve superior decision-making and breakthrough innovations.
