Within our Business and Law Faculty, our research mission focuses on understanding legal challenges in society, particularly those related to justice accessibility and social inclusion. Our faculty members bring specialized knowledge across three key domains: Legal and Social Studies, Digital Economy & Arbitration Law, and Criminal Justice Systems.
Our Legal and Social Studies scholars examine pressing societal matters including human rights protections for vulnerable populations, family legal matters, Islamic jurisprudence, and sports governance. Their investigations span diverse topics from Brexit's effects on EU Roma migrants' welfare rights in the UK to parental authority regarding children's religious education under the PREVENT policy framework, along with family legal matters concerning intimate relationship regulations.
