Our University has a long-standing reputation in forensic science education. We work closely with diverse investigative agencies such as law enforcement, fire and rescue departments, academic institutions, and forensic service providers. These strong partnerships enable us to examine, diagnose, comprehend, and enhance various dimensions of forensic and investigative sciences applied in legal contexts.

You will become part of the Forensic and Investigative Sciences Research Group, comprising practicing experts, consultants, field professionals, and current researchers in chemical/biological forensic analysis and crime scene interpretation. Our research delves into specialized areas including crime scene processing, evidence collection techniques, investigative protocols, operational standards in forensic practice, and contamination challenges like fingerprint analysis, arson investigations, medical forensics, and archaeological applications. Additionally, we investigate chemical and biological forensic analysis, covering evidence retrieval techniques, complex sample analysis, and refining analytical approaches for forensic specimens.
