Today's midwives go far beyond just helping during delivery. They collaborate with medical teams to provide comprehensive care for women during pregnancy and labor. We'll guide you in becoming a skilled midwife capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Your education will balance classroom learning with hands-on clinical experience. You'll develop expertise in evaluating expectant mothers and creating customized care plans for mothers, newborns, and families. Qualification Requirements

120 UCAS Tariff points from a minimum of 3 A Levels (or equivalent).
5 GCSEs at grade C, or grade 4, or above, including English Language, Maths and Science.
To receive an offer of a place on this course you must be successful at interview.
If English is not your first language you will be expected to demonstrate a certificated level of proficiency of at least IELTS 7.0 ( Academic level with a minimum of 7 in each component) or equivalent English Language qualification, as recognised by Anglia Ruskin University. Please note that the English Language Proficiency Test (ELPT) is not accepted for this course due to Professional Body Restrictions.
An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure will also be required.
A satisfactory Occupational Health clearance will also be required.
UCAS Tariff points acquired from BTEC Level 3 Diplomas are accepted.
UCAS Tariff Points from Access to HE Diplomas in a Science or Health related subject are accepted.
International Baccalaureate Diploma with a minimum of 26 points is accepted.
UCAS Tariff points from the Irish Leaving Certificate are accepted.
UCAS Tariff points from Access to HE Diplomas are accepted.
UCAS Tariff points from Scottish Highers are accepted.
UCAS Tariff points from Scottish Advanced Highers are accepted.
Advanced GNVQ in a health and social care or science related subject with Distinction grade.
OU Credits will be accepted in lieu of A levels (120 credits will be expected in health or science subjects).
