The Master of Teaching and Learning (MTchgLn) offers specializations in Early Childhood, Primary, or Secondary Education. This rigorous, research-based postgraduate program typically takes one year of full-time study or equivalent part-time completion. Exceptional graduates from all academic backgrounds are eligible for this distinguished qualification. Participants will adopt an inquiry-led methodology with substantial practical experience, collaborating with educational institutions and the University to refine teaching abilities across individual, group, and classroom settings. Beyond fulfilling New Zealand's teacher registration and certification standards, this program prepares graduates to enter the teaching profession as practitioner-researchers.
