The Master of Teaching and Learning (MTchgLn) offers specializations in Early Childhood, Primary, or Secondary Education. This rigorous postgraduate program combines research-based learning with practical experience and can be completed in one year of full-time study or through part-time options. Exceptional graduates from all academic backgrounds are eligible for this distinguished qualification. Participants will adopt an inquiry-led methodology with substantial hands-on training, collaborating with educational institutions and the University to refine their teaching abilities across individual, small group, and classroom settings. Beyond fulfilling New Zealand's teacher registration requirements, this program prepares graduates to enter the teaching profession as reflective practitioner-researchers.
