The Master of Medical Laboratory Science (MMLSc) program and its prerequisite Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science (PGDipMLSc) enable graduates holding a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLSc) to engage in dedicated research pathways, potentially progressing toward doctoral studies.

These advanced programs also offer experienced medical laboratory professionals, regardless of their prior academic background, the opportunity to pursue research-focused credentials that could facilitate transitions into academic and research-oriented roles.
Prospective students should be aware that these programs emphasize cultivating independent research capabilities.
It's important to note that these postgraduate qualifications are not intended to serve as refresher courses for current medical laboratory practitioners.
