Designed for practicing healthcare professionals and graduates with relevant bachelor's degrees seeking advanced education in health sciences. This Postgraduate Diploma in Health Science offers comprehensive coverage across various health disciplines. Students can opt for a general curriculum or focus on a specific specialization. The program requires one year of full-time commitment or can be completed part-time over four years. Choose either the general health sciences pathway or select from our available specializations. The Alcohol and Drug Studies specialization (PGDipHSc) specifically targets professionals in addiction or mental health services, with enrollment limited to these practitioners due to the practice-based course POPLPRAC 708. Many courses in this specialization remain accessible to students pursuing the general health sciences track.
You must have completed an undergraduate degree at a recognised university (or similar institution) in a health-related discipline such as health sciences, medicine, nursing, optometry, pharmacy, psychology, or social work. You will need a Grade Point Average (GPA) or Grade Point Equivalent (GPE) of at least 2.5.
