Choose from a wide selection of topics including digital education, mentorship, early childhood development, educational reform, literacy studies, sports education, health and wellness, second language acquisition, and support for Māori learners.

We offer adaptable learning formats and delivery methods to accommodate the evolving needs of diverse communities. High-achieving students (GPA 5+) can apply their certificate coursework toward a Master of Education degree, provided they haven't yet received their certificate award.

Explore the Inclusive Education specialization

With one quarter of New Zealand's population living with disabilities, today's educators must be prepared to teach in inclusive environments. This diversity is increasingly present in early childhood centers and schools across Aotearoa, requiring teachers to develop culturally responsive, practical knowledge.

Through this specialization, you'll enhance your expertise in inclusive teaching methods to better support diverse learners. You'll also strengthen your research abilities using inquiry-based learning and develop leadership skills for managing educational projects and facilitating professional development initiatives.
