You'll concentrate on implementing behavioral principles at individual, team, and organizational levels to address workplace challenges. Graduating with an MOrgPsych degree equips you for careers in corporate settings, consulting firms, and public sector roles, while also providing a foundation for doctoral studies. This program features two specialized postgraduate tracks in organizational psychology. The initial pathway combines coursework covering key organizational psychology subjects with a dissertation (45 credits). The alternative research-focused track includes advanced coursework paired with an extensive thesis project (90 credits). Both pathways equip learners with practical workplace skills, while the research-intensive option additionally prepares students for PhD advancement.

Taught and Research 180 points:

You must have:

Completed the requirements for an undergraduate degree or Graduate Diploma in Psychology.

OR

Completed the requirements for a Bachelors degree or Graduate Diploma in a relevant subject.

AND

Passed a course in research methods for Psychology.

In exceptional circumstances admission may be granted where a student has attained at least three years of extensive relevant, practical professional or scholarly experience equivalent to the requirements above.

Note: A relevant subject may be in business, education or health sciences.
