You need to have completed a one-year postgraduate degree, after an undergraduate degree, in a relevant discipline. Your study must have been at a recognised university (or similar institution) and you will need a GPE of 5.0 or higher. Relevant disciplines include those in: Architecture, Arts, Commerce, Engineering, Health Sciences, Laws, Property, Science, and Urban Planning. You might meet the entry requirements for the 180-point Master of Housing Studies if you do not currently meet those for the 120-point programme. IELTS (Academic) - Overall score of 6.5 and no bands below 6.0 Internet-based TOEFL (iBT) - Overall score of 90 and a written score of 21 Paper-based TOEFL - Overall score of 68 and a writing score of 21
