A combined BPropLLB(Hons) degree lets you finish both a Bachelor of Property and a Law Honors degree faster and with fewer credits than pursuing them individually. Our graduates develop a versatile skillset tailored for the rigorous requirements of legal professions. The program provides comprehensive legal education, analytical and research training, social awareness, civic responsibility, and communication development. Your initial BProp year focuses on foundational business courses that establish the framework for your studies. Subsequent years delve into specialized Property subjects like Valuation, Finance and Investment, Economics, Urban Planning, Marketing, Management, and Construction. Graduates with a BPropLLB(Hons) combination enjoy excellent career prospects across property and legal sectors. The University of Auckland Law School's honors degree carries significant prestige. Beyond the core legal competencies from the LLB program, honors graduates showcase enhanced research and writing abilities, making them ideal candidates for research and policy roles. This dual degree provides strong preparation for careers as legal specialists or property industry managers. Alongside legal expertise from the LLB, students gain professional knowledge in property valuation, investment strategies, management techniques, and marketing principles.
