A combined BPropLLB(Hons) program enables you to earn both a Bachelor of Property and a Law Honors degree more efficiently than pursuing them individually. Students develop a comprehensive skillset tailored for legal professions, gaining legal expertise, analytical capabilities, research proficiency, social awareness, civic responsibility, and communication abilities. The BProp curriculum begins with foundational business courses in the first year, followed by specialized property studies in subsequent years covering Valuation, Finance, Investment, Economics, Urban Planning, Marketing, Management, and Construction. Graduates emerge prepared for diverse careers at the intersection of property and law. The University of Auckland's Law Honors degree carries significant prestige, with students developing superior research and writing competencies that enhance their qualifications for policy and research roles. This dual degree provides robust preparation for careers as legal specialists or property industry leaders, combining legal training with expertise in property valuation, investment strategies, management principles, and marketing techniques.
