You can combine music studies with another field through our dual degree options in Arts, Commerce, Advanced Science, Design, Engineering, Fine Arts, Global Studies, Law, or Science. Upon graduation, you'll possess the capabilities to explore numerous professional paths both in New Zealand and abroad. While performing on stage is a popular aspiration, the music sector relies on various roles beyond musicians and composers - including critics, executives, producers, and educators who drive the industry forward.
