Building upon a Bachelor of Dance Studies, the BDanceSt(Hons) program blends structured coursework with self-guided research, leading to a final dissertation. Students will enhance their research capabilities by integrating theory and practice through individual and collaborative projects. This program sharpens critical thinking and practical skills for advanced research, potentially paving the way for academic pursuits. Participants gain access to global and local networking events across various dance communities. Alongside independent study, students examine dance education, cultural diversity, wellness, and choreography under the guidance of renowned scholars. The curriculum delves deeply into dance philosophies and practices while introducing diverse academic research methodologies and ethical considerations. With personalized mentorship, students will analyze relevant literature and develop a 10,000–12,000 word dissertation.

You need to have completed an undergraduate degree at a recognised university (or similar institution) in a similar discipline to your intended subject. You will require a GPE of 5.0.
