This field examines human and labor dynamics in organizations, covering management theories, policies, practices, and employment relations in both New Zealand and global contexts. Management studies provide comprehensive knowledge about organizational frameworks, ethical considerations, cultural aspects, key challenges in personnel and operations management, and employment legislation. At the undergraduate level, you can pursue Management as either a standalone major or combine it with another BCom major. We strongly advise opting for a double major in Management alongside another discipline to significantly improve your professional opportunities.
