During your initial year, you'll take seven mandatory core business classes that form the foundation of your degree. This includes an engaging two-part series in Business and Enterprise, designed to explore decision-making scenarios for entrepreneurs and managers while enhancing your academic and professional abilities. In the subsequent Stages II and III of your BProp program, you'll focus on property-specific courses covering valuation, finance, investment, economics, legal aspects, urban planning regulations, marketing strategies, management principles, and construction techniques. For your BCom, you can select a specialization from twelve available business disciplines. Offering diverse major options, a combined BComBProp degree from the Business School provides flexibility, equipping you with valuable skills and credentials for various prosperous career paths.
