During your initial year, you'll take seven mandatory core business classes that form the foundation of your degree. This includes an engaging two-part Business and Enterprise series that explores decision-making scenarios for entrepreneurs and managers while enhancing your academic and professional abilities. In the subsequent BProp stages (II and III), you'll focus on property-specific courses covering valuation, finance, economics, law, urban planning, marketing, management, and construction. You can select a BCom major from twelve available business subjects. The combined BComBProp degree from the Business School offers exceptional flexibility, with diverse major options that build essential skills and provide credentials for various rewarding career paths.
