By pursuing a BABHSc conjoint degree, you can earn both a BA and BHSc faster than completing them individually. This combined program explores the biological, social, and behavioral dimensions of communities, emphasizing health determinants, promotion strategies, disease prevention, healthcare systems, and policy. Discover how to implement fundamental health promotion and prevention concepts to address community health issues while selecting from diverse humanities, social sciences, culture, and language courses. The BABHSc offers comprehensive non-clinical training for various health sector careers, including health education, community health initiatives, counseling services, and healthcare system planning. Please note: The University of Auckland doesn't facilitate graduate employment and cannot ensure professional registration or job opportunities in New Zealand or internationally.

A TESOL-focused BA provides foundational knowledge and abilities for future teaching certification, which can be paired with another complementary BA specialization. The program cultivates expertise in English and second language acquisition from an instructional perspective, beginning with core competencies in linguistic analysis and pedagogy before advancing to curriculum design and instructional delivery methodologies.
