Chinese language classes focus on developing Mandarin conversation skills and reading proficiency, with particular emphasis on oral and aural competencies. The curriculum includes Chinese writing systems and fundamental translation techniques, all taught within immersive cultural frameworks. To supplement language studies, you can explore Chinese culture through courses on film, media, political systems, historical developments, and societal structures—all conducted in English. We highly recommend leveraging our university's partnerships with institutions in Chinese-speaking regions. Additionally, we provide short-term cultural immersion and language study abroad opportunities.
